Ken Schreiber
Founder & President
An Evansville, Indiana native, Ken graduated from North High School, and earned a B.S. degree in History at Western Kentucky University. He served in the Navy following college during the Viet Nam era. He received the distinguished honor of being named “Enlisted Man of the Year” at Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado in California. Ken began his advertising career as a local pioneer in television sales. Schreiber went on to work as Sales Manager, then General Manager at WTVW, the local ABC network affiliate. An avid and accomplished golfer and 1979 Evansville City Golf Tournament champion, Ken is actively involved in the community. Over the years, Ken has served many organizations with his time and talents, including Rotary Club of Evansville, WNIN public broadcasting, the Community Foundation, Central UMC, Evansville Blind Association and many others.
Rhett Schreiber
Client Services
An Evansville, Indiana native, Rhett graduated from North High School, and earned a B.S. degree in Marketing through the Business School at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He served as a summer intern in advertising at Evansville Courier & Press for two years. Upon receiving his degree, Schreiber joined South Central Communications Radio Group. Rhett returned to Evansville Courier & Press, holding multiple positions in the advertising department. He gained invaluable experience working in online, retail, classified and recruitment advertising before joining Kitch & Schreiber. Beyond working as a liaison to clients, Rhett is involved in all aspects of the agency business, including developing media strategy, creative concepts and copywriting.
Scott Schreiber
Client Services
An Evansville, Indiana native, Scott graduated from North High School, and earned a B.S. degree in Advertising through the Journalism department at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. While working toward his degree he completed a summer internship at Evansville Courier & Press. After graduation, he joined Insight Media Advertising, selling cable television advertising. After two years with Insight, Scott began his tenure with Kitch & Schreiber where his job description is as diverse as his client list. In addition to client representation, Scott enjoys developing creative advertising ideas and assisting in media production. As owner and operator of a successful online retail business, Scott is able to bring unique insights on Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to Kitch & Schreiber clients.
Marcia Lynn
Office Manager
An Evansville, Indiana native, Marcia graduated from North High School and earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from University of Southern Indiana. Marcia previously worked for public accounting firms, but enjoys the corporate field. As the Acountant/Office Manager for Kitch & Schreiber, she maintains all of the company accounting records. Among other duties, she supports personnel, banking, and asset acquisitions. Marcia brings over 20 years of experience to the company.
Keith Brannon
Creative Director
An Evansville, Indiana native, Keith graduated from Harrison High School, and earned a B.S. degree in Commercial Design from Indiana State University. In a creative career spanning over 3 decades, Keith held several art positions with Sears, worked as an artist in the Army stationed at the Pentagon, worked with various agencies in Washington D.C., managed Keller Crescent’s multimedia department, and was Associate Creative Director with Ball Communications. Keith founded Courthouse Group Graphics, and took the Creative Director position when the company was acquired by Kitch & Schreiber. Keith oversees the conception and delivery of all creative advertising messages.
Brian Scroggins
Art Director
Brian graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a B.S. in Graphic Design, where he was also a member of the baseball team. Prior to joining Kitch & Schreiber, Brian worked as Production Manager for a national real estate company, producing & editing TV shows and managing the weekly production of newsprint magazines. He oversees all Kitch & Schreiber interactive marketing and web design projects. His talent in graphic design is evident in all of his work, which includes print advertising, brochures, annual reports and much more. Brian also utilizes his talent behind the camera as Kitch & Schreiber’s resident photographer.
Matt Padgett
Senior Graphic Designer
A Boonville, Indiana native, Matt graduated from Boonville High School and continued his education at Ivy Tech, where he earned degrees in Graphic Design and Multimedia. Matt’s 12+ years of advertising experience include positions with Evansville Courier & Press in retail, real estate, classified and targeted publications graphic design. Matt brings a high level of quality, professionalism and creativity to Kitch & Schreiber advertising and web development projects.
Jennifer Dye
Graphic Designer
A University of Evansville graduate, Jennifer earned a B.S. degree in Communication with an emphasis in Multimedia Production and a minor in Visual Communication. While at U of E, she gained valuable experience working with the Evansville-Vanderburgh School Corporation and campus radio station, WUEV as a web design intern. Jennifer also spent time as a staff writer for the campus yearbook, and developed a love of darkroom photography. Upon graduation, Jennifer joined Kitch & Schreiber where she is able to apply her assorted talents to a wide array of agency projects.
Jessica Heacock
Graphic Designer
An Evansville, Indiana native, Jessica graduated from Murray State University with degrees in Print Journalism and Graphic Communications Management. While living in Murray, Jessica spent two years working at K-Squared Designs, an advertising agency, and was the Assistant Art Director at Murray Life Magazine. During college, Jessica also did internships with New Caldoneion Press and Verve! Magazine, winner of four Traverse Awards for western Kentucky tourism campaigns.
Dustin Vowels
Web Designer
Dustin, is a native of Henderson, Kentucky. He received his Associate’s Degree in Visual Communication from Ivy Tech, where he earned the best of web design award in April 2011. Dustin has a deep understanding in web design, user-interface design, standards-based CSS/XHTML/JavaScript, Mobile web design, and CMS integration. Dustin is currently enrolled and continuing his studies at University of Southern Indiana.
